First, Break all the rules is my absolute favorite management book out there – With a significant amount of research data and actual examples, it clearly go through some of the differences between “managers” and “outstanding managers”.

Straight from the Gut by Jack Welch is my favorite biography, mainly because Jack takes this book as an opportunity to tell people that HOW’s of what he have done – with plenty of actionable advise.

Think and Grow Rich is one of these timeless books that will never disappear - The book is for me the most important personal development book I have read over the last 15 years and it is probably the book I have bought most copies of for people I have felt “In need for it” – If you want success (and while this could be related to money it does not have to be!) This is a book you want to read!

Who Says Elephants Can’t Dance is a most read for anyone interested in large organisations and what happens in the top – Louis takes us through he’s up’s and down’s both before IBM and though his time at IBM, in how he turned around the company and made it what it is today. The book also gives great insight to what it takes to be at the top level.
